Channel your inner performer & rock your body with this modern day fusion of movement and music. Using Ripstix - weighted drumsticks engineered for exercise, POUND transforms drumming into an effective full-body workout. This workout is great for all fitness levels.
A youth-oriented program that fuses movement and music to improve physical fitness, focus, communication, teamwork, coordination, athletic skills and more! Using Ripstix, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, kids will learn alternative ways to explore movement, embrace their creativity and ROCK OUT- ultimately building strength, confidence and self-awareness. This class is for youth, ages 5-12.

Cardio Kickboxing is a knock-out workout! AMPD Resistance raises resistance band training to a whole new level! The class takes great music and combines it with simple resistance band movements to create a fun, effective total body workout that is safe for all fitness levels.
Kettlebell AMPD is a group fitness format that takes heart-pumping music and kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie torching fun! The program uses lightweight kettlebells, in both traditional and non-traditional ways, to create a fun, effective full body workout. Combining the benefits of strength training, functional movements and cardiovascular exercise, this program is a safe and effective workout for all ages and fitness levels.
Kettlebell AMPD Unplugged
Kettlebell AMPD unplugged takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into 45-minutes of calorie-torching fun! This program was created so that all moves can be done standing or in a chair. Perfect for active older adults, or those that do not want the intensity of our regular Kettlebell AMPD class.
Bootcamp combines cardio, strength, and core conditioning into a non-stop powerhouse workout! The class finishes with stretching and a focus on flexibility. This class will definitely burn calories and get your heart pumping!
The gentle Yoga class near bedtime is a great way to get your body and mind prepared for sleep.
Beginner Hatha Yoga
These Beginner Hatha Yoga classes will be for ALL ability levels! Even if you are completely new to yoga, these classes will be perfect for you! During our time together, we will bring our attention inward while holding poses for several moments and focusing on our breath. This will allow us to stretch and strengthen our bodies. These classes will allow us to get a heating workout while also slowing our breath and calming our chattering minds. There will be 3 parts to our classes:
Breathing. We will spend some time at the beginning breathing intentionally to release tension and anything that isn’t serving us.
Poses. We will move through poses that will help improve balance, flexibility, and strength, while still focusing on the breath. Olivia will offer modified postures throughout the practice so that you can choose the variation that best serves your body.
Relaxation. We will end our classes with a short period of quiet relaxation time that will allow us to prepare for the rest of the day ahead.
Condition your body from the inside out with this beginner friendly Pilates class. Improve core stabilization, flexibility and overall strength. The class consists of basic mat routines and the use of a small stability ball for added challenge and fun!
Sinta a Dança (Feel the Dance) with instructor, Luis Giudice! This new dance fitness format combines traditional dance fitness with some Brazilian flare to bring you an energetic class that is sure to make you sweat!
Line dancing incorporates choreographed patterns of steps with music. A wide variety of music is used in class: country, hip hop, light rock, oldies, and more! This class is great for all ages and can help to improve cardiovascular health, improve balance, improve coordination and boost confidence! Any type of clothing and clean shoes can be worn during the class. Join us to meet new friends and enjoy some dancing!
Barre Above is a totally unique approach to barre workouts as you have seen them. Fusing the best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do, Barre Above® delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape.
Lengthen, strengthen, align and tone your body with ballet and Pilates inspired exercises on the floor. Traditionally, ballerinas take floor barre classes to better understand their alignment and improve their dancing skills. It's also used for ballerinas in recovery from injuries. Doing these exercises on the floor improves posture and body awareness in turn improving any work done standing. No ballet or dance experience required!
Spin has something for everyone -intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance. Come on in for an amazing ride!
Stride & Stretch
This is an outdoor class that includes a 20 minute dynamic yoga warm-up, 20 minute running workout, and 20 minute yoga cool-down with deep stretching. The yoga practices will specifically target areas of the body that become tight from the repetitive movements of running & walking.

Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG Nation combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises.
A cardio tap class that focuses on basic tap steps. Tap fundamentals are combined with muscle isolation and stretching to build strength, improve balance, and increase flexibility. Dance between 3,000 and 4,000 steps per class while learning tap dances to a variety of music. No prior dance experience is required to participate in the class and all classes can be taken in either tennis shoes or tap shoes.
