Cardio Class Descriptions
POUND. Rockout. Workout
Channel your inner performer & rock your body with this modern day fusion of movement and music. Using Ripstix - weighted drumsticks engineered for exercise, POUND transforms drumming into an effective full-body workout. This workout is great for all fitness levels.
A youth-oriented program that fuses movement and music to improve physical fitness, focus, communication, teamwork, coordination, athletic skills and more! Using Ripstix, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, kids will learn alternative ways to explore movement, embrace their creativity and ROCK OUT- ultimately building strength, confidence and self-awareness. This class is for youth, ages 5-12.
POUND Unplugged is a 30-minute class that balances focused, high-intensity movements with restorative stretches, rhythmic breathing and meditation. Using Ripstix, exercise drumsticks, the workout guides participants through a deeply intentional, rhythmic journey designed to promote the health and fitness of the whole person – mental, physical, and emotional. Quick, efficient, and challenging, POUND Unplugged connects mind, body, and sound to create immersive, sensory experiences, unlike anything you’ve experienced in a group fitness class.
Aerobics is Back! Bigger, Better, HIGHer! Experience more than just a work out! High Fitness is simple, intense, consistent, inclusive and fun! Take old-school aerobics to the next level with modern fitness techniques.
Cardio Kickboxing is a knock-out workout! Every class incorporates steady state cardiovascular training, metabolic boosting H.I.I.T. training and body weight strength for a unique and total body workout! Challenge your body and develop strength, agility, flexibility and balance all while burning calories and having fun!
Spin has something for everyone -intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance. Come on in for an amazing ride!
Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG Nation combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
Stride & Stretch
This is an outdoor class that includes a 20 minute dynamic yoga warm-up, 20 minute running workout, and 20 minute yoga cool-down with deep stretching. The yoga practices will specifically target areas of the body that become tight from the repetitive movements of running & walking.
