PLYOGA

PLYOGA is a 4 part interval training system using the benefits of fundamental & accelerated yoga as an active recovery for plyometric (reactive) movement. Finish the class with some core conditioning, (strength, lower strength, and core) to ensure a total body workout. The class is challenging and encourages participates to push their limits, while also providing modifications for all fitness levels!
