Rock Your Heart Out - February 27th
Registration for our "ROCK Your Heart Out" event on February 27th is now open! Rock out in a 60 minute POUND class with all 4 of our Rockstar Pros and drummer, Travis Hunt! All participants will also receive a ripstix keychain!
There are 2 sessions to choose from:
Group 1 11:30 AM-12:30 PM
Group 2 1:00-2:00 PM

10 Weeks of Wellness - Starts March 22nd
Join Rachel for 10 Weeks of Wellness - a small group wellness coaching program that will help you reach your personalized wellness goals in the areas of hydration, nutrition, fitness, sleep and stress management.
This 10 week program includes weekly small group coaching sessions (both in-person and virtual) to help you set your goals and give you the tools and support that you need to reach them! Rachel takes a habit based approach to wellness coaching, allowing you to make lasting changes and progress in your wellness journey.
The cost for the entire 10 weeks is $90 (Rockstar Member Price is $75) and includes a bi-weekly informational video on each topic, weekly small group coaching (days and times will be decided by the group and there will be both in-person and virtual options available), a journal to help you track your goals, a supportive community and platform to give you the tools that you need to crush your goals, plus some added bonuses along the way!

Shake Your Shamrocks- March 13th
Save the date for our 2nd Annual Shake Your Shamrocks event! This event will be held on Saturday, March 13th from 10:30 AM- 12:30 PM. It will feature 45 minutes of Zumba and 45 minutes of Dança Comigo, followed by a selection of delicious shakes and smoothies!

Rockstar 101 - March 14th
New to Group Exercise? Join us at Rockstar Wellness for an introduction to basic movements and the camaraderie of group exercise classes.
This event will be a 15 minute breakdown of movements that are commonly found in the group exercise environment followed by a 40 minute low impact and upbeat aerobic group exercise class. We will end with a Q&A about Rockstar Wellness, group exercise and any other questions you may have about continuing your wellness journey.

This event will be a 15 minute breakdown of movements that are commonly found in the group exercise environment followed by a 40 minute group exercise class. Your friends will be rocking a low impact aerobic workout with Rachel while you will be rocking an intense workout with Amber in the next room. We will end with a Q&A all together about Rockstar Wellness, group exercise and any other questions that will help your friends feel confident continuing their wellness journey.

Kids Night Out - March 20th
Parents - enjoy a night out while your kids rock some fun fitness classes at Rockstar Wellness! This event features Generation POUND, Yoga for kids, Step Aerobics for kids, a fitness related craft and a healthy snack. Kids ages 5 to 12 will discover how much fun fitness can be.

Rock N' Ripstix - March 27th
Registration for our Rock N' Ripstix POUND event at the Adelphia Music Hall is open!
Make some noise with our Rockstar Wellness POUND Pros at this incredible venue! Cost is $20 per person and includes a 1 hour POUND class and a chance to win some awesome prizes! - Membership price is $15 - please send us a message to register if you are a member.
