P90X Live is a total body strength and cardio conditioning class that helps you blast fat and build lean muscle. Using weights, resistance bands, body weight and power moves, P90X uses the concept of muscle confusion to constantly challenge the body, getting it stronger with each class. The workout is divided into 4 blocks (cardio, upper strength, lower strength, and core) to ensure a total body workout. The class is challenging and encourages participates to push their limits, while also providing modifications for all fitness levels!
