Power Flow Yoga

Start your week off with a strong yoga practice. This Power Flow class will begin with breath work or pranayama. You will then begin to build heat as you move through a series of yoga poses designed to improve your strength and flexibility. Class will conclude with a brief guided meditation in savasana, leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed for the rest of your work week. Prior experience is not required, but may be helpful with this faster paced class.
