HIGH Fitness: Aerobics is Back! Bigger, Better, HIGHer! Experience more than just a work out! High Fitness is simple, intense, consistent, inclusive and fun! Take old-school aerobics to the next level with modern fitness techniques.

HIGH Yo: Yoga inspired, music driven stretching. HIGH Yo helps people fall in love with stretching. This lighthearted format incorporates stretching, strength and balance to improve overall health, and show what a difference stretching can make in our lives and for our bodies. HIGH Yo will leave you feeling amazing, help you appreciate and take care of your body, help prevent injuries, and maintain overall good health. Most importantly, HIGH Yo is FUN – say goodbye to boring old stretching and say hello to HIGH Yo!

HIGH Low: A lower impact workout, HIGH Low is the sister format to HIGH Fitness. Offering impact progressions for every move, HIGH Low is a steady state cardio workout tailored to the individual, by the individual. Highly adaptable to all fitness levels, this lower impact format focuses on the steady state (or aerobic) training zone – the heart rate remains in a manageable yet constant and challenging, aerobic state for the majority of the class. Lower impact leads to less joint discomfort while still yielding those important mental health benefits and improving overall fitness and cardiovascular health.

Tone & Yo: A combo class including all of your favorite toners from HIGH fitness with some HIGH Yo to leave you feeling stretch and refreshed!

POUND: Channel your inner performer & rock your body with this modern day fusion of movement and music. Using Ripstix - weighted drumsticks engineered for exercise, POUND transforms drumming into an effective full-body workout. This workout is great for all fitness levels.

GENERATION POUND: A youth-oriented program that fuses movement and music to improve physical fitness, focus, communication, teamwork, coordination, athletic skills and more! Using Ripstix, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, kids will learn alternative ways to explore movement, embrace their creativity and ROCK OUT- ultimately building strength, confidence and self-awareness. This class is for youth, ages 5-12.

POUND UNPLUGGED: A class that balances focused, high-intensity movements with restorative stretches, rhythmic breathing and meditation. Using Ripstix, exercise drumsticks, the workout guides participants through a deeply intentional, rhythmic journey designed to promote the health and fitness of the whole person – mental, physical, and emotional. Quick, efficient, and challenging, POUND Unplugged connects mind, body, and sound to create immersive, sensory experiences, unlike anything you’ve experienced in a group fitness class.

Spin & Spin Express: Spin has something for everyone -intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance. Spin Express is a shorter length designed to get you in and out and on with your day. Come on in for an amazing ride!

Just Pedal: The perfect introduction to spin class! In our Just Pedal class you do just that - just pedal. Receive assistance learning how to set up your bike and understanding the settings on your bike while you pedal and socialize with others in this 30 minute class. This is a great way to become comfortable on a spin bike before taking one of our other spin classes or simply a way to move in a relaxed and comfortable environment.

Biker Barre: A combo class that combines cardio and toning for a well rounded workout experience. Biker Barre starts with a high intensity 35 minute spin class that can be adjusted for all levels of experience. This dynamic cardio section will help to improve cardiovascular strength and endurance. After the spin section, the class moves off the bike for a barre based toning workout. Using the bike as the "barre," this section of the class will work on lower and upper body strength and flexibility.

AMPD Resistance: AMPD Resistance raises resistance band training to a whole new level! The class takes great music and combines it with simple resistance band movements to create a fun, effective total body workout that is safe for all fitness levels.

Kettlebell AMPD: Kettlebell AMPD is a group fitness format that takes heart-pumping music and kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie torching fun! The program uses lightweight kettlebells, in both traditional and non-traditional ways, to create a fun, effective full body workout. Combining the benefits of strength training, functional movements and cardiovascular exercise, this program is a safe and effective workout for all ages and fitness levels.

AMPD Strength: AMPD Strength is meant to bring fun back to barbells and weighted bars. Everyone has options with this class, and with all the music to get you energized, you will be coming back for more! Time to release your inner beast.

RISE & GRIND BOOTCAMP

Rise & Grind Bootcamp: Rise and Grind is a bootcamp style class. Expect an interval training class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. This class is designed to push you harder than you’d push yourself and to always keep the body guessing. In most sessions, you can expect to do classic exercises, such as pushups, squats, lunges and crunches - as well as a bunch of new, creative movements. There will be a healthy dose of drills and sprints, as well. With room for modification, this class is suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced!

Buns, Guns,

STRENGTH

Buns, Guns, & Abs: Buns, guns, and abs is a well rounded workout class that targets your core, defines your arms, and lifts your glutes. Amplify your workout with light weights or bands. This class will have you feeling the “burn”.

TRX: TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises.

EXPRESS STRENGTH

STRENGTH

Express Strength: Express Strength is a 45 minute strength class that works the upper and lower body. You will use a variety of free weights, bands, body bars, balls and medicine balls as well as body weight exercises. The movements are slow and controlled. This non-stop strength building workout will increase muscular endurance while using a variety of equipment. This class is suitable for all levels.

P90X: This total-body program incorporates strength training, core work, and flexibility. Using the proven science of “muscle confusion" the program constantly introduces new challenges to your body. Deliberately block your body from adapting to the same routine. Avoid the plateau effect and increase the impact of each workout. Each session involves highly diverse and intense workouts designed to target all of your muscle groups.

Pilates: Condition your body from the inside out with this beginner friendly Pilates class. Improve core stabilization, flexibility and overall strength. The class consists of basic mat routines and the use of a small stability ball for added challenge and fun!

Human Reformer Pilates: Harness the potential of your own body, using it as the ultimate reformer. The class uses 1 resistance band to capture all of the postural, core and alignment challenges that reformer work is famous for providing.

Veraflow: Dance, stretch and find your true flow in this class like none other you have ever experienced. Find your true flow in body and mind as you stretch your body and train your mind to the rhythm of the music. VeraFlow is just what you need to feel completely relaxed and content. This is you time -time out in your day to get a clear head, to get focused on the here and now and to get in control. Your muscles will be strengthened yet relaxed and loose. There is no need to live with pain in your body. Once you experience the release you find in VeraFlow you won't look back.

Tap N Burn: A cardio tap class that focuses on basic tap steps. Tap fundamentals are combined with muscle isolation and stretching to build strength, improve balance, and increase flexibility. Dance between 3,000 and 4,000 steps per class while learning tap dances to a variety of music. No prior dance experience is required to participate in the class and all classes can be taken in either tennis shoes or tap shoes.

ROCKsies Adult Tap Class: A revamp of traditional step aerobics. With routines set to old and new school hip hop, it makes you want to get up and move while getting a great calorie burn!

Junior ROCKsies: This is an intermediate tap class for kids ages 5 and up! (Best for those who have at least 1-2 years of tap experience or who were previously in Rachel's level 2 or 3 tap classes.) The focus is on learning new steps, skills and routines with fun optional performance opportunities on First Fridays!

Barre Above: Barre Above is a totally unique approach to barre workouts as you have seen them. Fusing the best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do, Barre Above® delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape.

BARRE

Floor Barre: Lengthen, strengthen, align and tone your body with ballet and Pilates inspired exercises on the floor. Traditionally, ballerinas take floor barre classes to better understand their alignment and improve their dancing skills. It's also used for ballerinas in recovery from injuries. Doing these exercises on the floor improves posture and body awareness in turn improving any work done standing. No ballet or dance experience required!

Straight to the Core: Straight to the Core is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performance of a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdominal and back muscles. A variety of equipment may be used including resistance bands, dumbbells, and kettlebells. Enjoy a quick and effective class for your core! Perfect for all levels.

Silver Sneakers: The class is a low-impact, total body conditioning class in which students use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and other equipment. All tools come in various weights and strengths, so each participant works at his or her own rate, working out all the major and minor muscle groups.

Walk & Rock: This movement based program includes indoor walking through the rooms and halls of Rockstar Wellness along with some light movements between laps. This is a perfect winter class to help you get some more steps during your lunch or a chance to move while socializing with others.

​

S.E.A.T.: S.E.A.T. (Supported Exercise for Ageless Training) is the groundbreaking supported chair-based exercise program that provides a low impact workout for participants of all ages, skills, and fitness abilities. The energetic, sing-along quality music, dynamic instructors, and inclusive choreography create a social, confidence building space for all students.

Golden Games: Enjoy playing games with a fun twist! This 30 minute class helps to improve coordination, balance while promoting intellectual stimulation in a fun social environment.

Roll, Rock, Release: Work through the entire body one muscle group at a time. The class begins by using foam rollers on a muscle group followed by some toning of the muscle group and finally a stretch.

Stretch & Tone: Activate major muscle groups with the use of light-weight dumbbells. After warming up a major muscle group, we will focus on mobility and stretching of that same area. This class is a great combination of toning and flexibility.

COMBO

PiYo & Core: PiYo blends aerobics, pilates, and yoga into one fast-pace endurance, low-impact total body workout workout! The workouts focus on flexibility, torching serious calories, burning fat, building long and lean muscles, and protecting your joints through low-impact moves. This class ends with core specific work.

RUMBLE: RUMBLE by R.I.P.P.E.D. is an authentic, yet simple to master, cardio mixed martial arts adapted for the group exercise environment! You will use a weapon; The RUMBLE Stick - creates a higher degree of training and is an extension of your body, which enhances spatial awareness and overall movement. RUMBLE has been created for EVERY body! No martial arts experience required, just a willingness to sweat, a desire to get an incredible workout, and the willingness to have fun along the way!

Zumbini: The Zumbini® program is a child-focused journey into the world of music, movement, and dance, and the natural response music provokes in both children and adults. Perfect for ages 0-4! A Zumbini® class is a celebration of the power of music to enhance our lives, stimulate learning, inspire dance and movement, and strengthen the bond between parent and child. We recognize the inherent value of learning music and movement for its own sake and we celebrate all levels of participation, including exposure, rapt observation, and primitive sound/motion production. The Zumbini® program draws upon the natural link between music and movement.
