HABIT-BASED APPROACH

At Rockstar Wellness we take a habit-based approach to our coaching program. Rather than overwhelming you with a complete overhaul of your health and wellness, we simply focus on adding simple healthy habits or behavior goals that feel challenging yet achievable.

 

We work with you to decide what your behavior goals or habits will be and make sure that they fit into your current schedule and life. We recognize that in order to create lasting change, we must make changes that fit into your schedule.

 

Habits/behavior goals might include mindful snacking, focusing on protein or veggie intake, a hydration goal, or hitting a daily step target.  As you feel comfortable with your current habits, we continue to add new ones over time. By compounding these new habits over time, we create positive lasting change.

RACHEL

Rachel is the Co-Owner of Rockstar Wellness LLC. Rachel’s passion for wellness and creating a community through group exercise was the inspiration for Rockstar Wellness. She loves helping people find joy through movement and encouraging others to be their best - in class and in life.

ALLIE

Allie is a Group Fitness Instructor certified through ACE (the American Council on Exercise). She hopes to support participants by being a positive instructor and encouraging them to be the best versions of themselves. She believes that wellness is more than just exercise and puts high importance on mental health and nutrition.

BRE

Bre is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor certified through ACE (the American Council on Exercise). She has a passion for helping people find their way to becoming fitter, healthier, and more confident.

BRITNEE

Britnee is a group fitness instructor and nutrition coach certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). She has successfully lost and kept off

150+ pounds and now has a passion in helping others meet their own health and nutrition goals.

KENZIE

Kenzie is a certified Holistic Nutritionist and certified Health

& Wellness Coach through AFPA (American Fitness Professionals & Associates). She is passionate about helping people find true health and happiness in their lives in realistic ways. She does this by focusing on holistic health and teaching her clients the importance of nutrition and self-care.

KELSEY

Kelsey is currently attending Ohio University studying Applied Nutrition with an emphasis on diabetes. She is passionate about becoming a local nutritionist and specifically working with children to provide them the knowledge and education they need to be well-rounded in all aspects of wellness.

Mary is an NETA (National Exercise Trainers Association) Certified Group Exercise Instructor. She has a passion for learning and fitness and wants to share that passion with others.
